Cubby is a software application that helps users organize and manage their browser tabs using artificial intelligence. Features include saving tabs, categorizing them, and organizing them automatically with AI.

4. App Access and Subscriptions
Cubby does not currently have user accounts. Some features may require an active App Store subscription or trial, managed through Apple. You are responsible for using the Service only through authorized app installations and purchase flows.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, reverse engineer any part of the Service, access it through unauthorized automated means, or transmit harmful code.
